Begin by boiling the eggs until they're hard. Allow them to cool down, peel off the shell, and slice each egg into two halves. Gently extract the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
To this bowl, add the snow crab and the flesh of the avocado (half or whole, depending on its size). Pour in the Greek sauce as well.
Combine these ingredients thoroughly until you achieve a uniform mixture that will serve as the filling.
Proceed to stuff each egg half with this mixture. Ensure you fill the space formerly occupied by the yolk completely.
Once all the eggs are amply stuffed, crown each one with a small spoonful of Lemberg salmon caviar.
Your distinctive stuffed eggs are now ready to serve! For an added touch, consider garnishing them with freshly cut herbs or thinly sliced vegetables.
